BBQ SATAY CHICKEN

Hello everyone. There's nothing I like better than a BBQ with friends and some amazing food. Here's a quick and easy recipe to jazz up some ordinary chicken legs.
10 chicken drumsticks
Half jar smooth peanut butter
1 tin coconut milk
Light Soy Sauce (roughly 4 tbsp.)
2 tbsp. Korma paste
4 cloves garlic
Mix all the ingredients for the sauce in a bowl until smooth and well blended. Reserve a ramekin full for dipping after cooking.
In the remaining bulk of the mixture submerge the chicken legs and cover the bowl in cling film. Leave to marinade overnight.
Whack on the BBQ and enjoy! (Just make sure they're cooked through properly!)
